      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner closely with the scientific lead to enhance her expertise and reach within the medical community
      - Manage 1:1 relationships with clinicians, specialists, and scientific advisors through outreach and ongoing engagement
      - Coordinate educational programming, including continuing education, dinners, Lunch & Learns, and events
      - Maintain structured CRM tracking across various engagement tiers
      - Field feedback from community members and synthesize insights for internal teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience managing large-scale professional communities, preferably in healthcare, scientific, or B2B settings
      - Experience collaborating with senior leaders or subject-matter experts
      - High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle sensitive situations gracefully
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple logistics and relationships simultaneously
      - Willingness to travel extensively (30–50%+ of the time) for relationship building

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Up to 2 years of experience managing significant campus organizations or community-building roles during college
      - Ability to create engaging and authentic connections with community members
      - Exceptional memory for personal details to enhance individual connections
      - Comfortable in ambiguous, early-stage environments and capable of building structure from scratch
      - Ideally based in or willing to relocate to Miami
