      Oversee and administrate community outreach and engagement, community involvement, and corporate giving. Responsible for financial literacy program, including outreach to consumers and businesses on general financial topics as well as fraud prevention and cyber security through seminars, webinars, email campaigns, social media and website content. Administrates corporate giving program for all bank sponsorships, non-CRA contributions, and foundation grants, ensuring that we are reaching our market area in a consistent and equitable manner. Serves as production coordinator and bank liaison on media projects including TV, print and digital that involve customers, employees or other community members.

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Manages the Bank’s community relations and community involvement program
      • Develops strategies to ensure that we are reaching all segments of our market, working cross-functionally to ensure strong support of diverse and inclusive organizations and causes
      • Represents the bank and helps manage community activities. Leads employee volunteer committee and identifies opportunities for employees to become more engaged in non-profits the bank supports
      • Manages Bank’s sponsorships, non-CRA donations and foundation grants, negotiates brand placement and reports on outreach efforts (number of participants, cost per contact, etc.) Provides reporting and analysis for all corporate giving, including the Charitable Foundation
      • Manages bank’s sponsorship and non-CRA budget, provides management reports for executive leadership and the board, and works to leverage our community investments.
      • Develops annual financial literacy outreach plan ensuring a comprehensive and holistic outreach effort for both consumers and businesses. Develops outreach strategy that encompasses seminars/webinars, blog/knowledge center content, customer email campaigns, social media and website content (webpages, blogs, knowledge center articles.) Oversees content and/or writes content. Quantifies results and makes recommendation for year over year improvement
      • Provides writing and editorial support for a variety of marketing projects including brochures, articles, blogs and the annual report
      • Ensures completion, quality, and timeliness of marketing projects related to community outreach, financial literacy and corporate giving
      • Coordinates production and acts as bank liaison on media projects including TV, print and digital that involve customers, employees or other community members.
      • Effectively negotiates and leverages opportunities with vendors, publishers, and other applicable marketing platforms
      • Manages and maintains relationships with key vendors as needed
      • Independently driven to stay current with issues and trends in both financial literacy, and fraud prevention areas
      • Performs additional duties as requested, needed or assigned
