What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the day-to-day operations of executive compensation and long-term incentive plans (LTIP)
- Assist with the administration of annual merit processes and ensure data integrity
- Track the Spot Bonus program and generate quarterly reports on budget spend
- Support the preparation of compensation-related proxy tables and CEO Pay Ratio analysis
- Collaborate on various compensation projects and prepare materials for departmental initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of compensation experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or finance
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel and HRIS systems; WorkDay experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in equity compensation
- Knowledge of compensation best practices and processes
- Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of professionals
