      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct analysis of compensation data, including market trends and annual salary surveys
      - Partner with relevant parties in the design and administration of annual merit planning and incentive payment activities
      - Conduct job evaluations and maintain job documentation library
      - Provide analysis and consultation for job offers and employee movement
      - Administer compensation policies/programs to support recognition and retention efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation or HR
      - Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or equivalent experience
      - CCP certification
      - Strong reasoning skills and proficiency with complex Excel and Access databases
      - Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in conducting ad-hoc compensation analyses and audits
      - Familiarity with global compensation programs and practices
      - Previous experience in a remote work environment
      - Knowledge of compliance with federal and local employment requirements
