What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute quality and compliance processes across the organization, ensuring thorough completion
- Facilitate tracking and reporting of quality and compliance activities
- Investigate and resolve issues related to quality and compliance, maintaining accurate documentation
- Communicate with other departments to uphold quality and timelines during compliance activities
- Mentor staff and lead group projects or process improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in clinical project coordination or similar roles
- Ability to work onsite in Austin, Texas, approximately 1-3 times per month
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with excellent organizational abilities
- Thorough knowledge of ICH GCP and relevant regulations and guidelines

- Proven track record of successfully coordinating clinical projects or initiatives
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
