      We are currently seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our organization for our West Texas, El Paso and Albuquerque, NM location.. In this role, you will ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, VISA requirements, and internal policies. You will assist with compliance audits, federal examinations, and internal reviews, as well as provide support and recommendations related to policies and procedures. You will also help ensure the accuracy of internal processes, provide support to internal staff on regulatory issues, and contribute to various organizational and departmental initiatives.
      What You'll Do:
      • Contributes to the organization's commitment to compliance by supporting adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
      • Provides operational support/to the Compliance Manager in developing implementing, and maintaining compliance programs, including the Marijuana-Related Business (MRB) program, and Foreign National Accounts (FNA) and assists with coordinating the and execution of compliance audits, federal examinations, and internal reviews.
      • Aids in the drafting, updating, and refinement of policies and procedures to ensure alignment with evolving legal and regulatory standards
      • Appropriately escalates complex compliance matters to the Compliance Manager or BSA Manager for further evaluation and resolution.

      What You'll Need:
      • One to three years of similar or related experience

      • High school education or GED. Compliance, BSA and MRB Certification preferred
      Key Skills and Experience:
      • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
      • Strong problem‑solving abilities and sound analytical skills.
      • Effective communication skills with both internal and external customers, in person, by email, or by phone.
      • Demonstrated experience in multi‑tasking, meeting deadlines, and resolving issues while providing exceptional service.
      • Ability to adapt quickly to change and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems used within the department.
