- 5+ years of experience in commercial carpentry.
- 3+ years of experience reading blueprints and construction documents.
- 3+ years of experience managing contractors or field staff.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, construction, and commercial construction.
- Experience with steel stud framing and commercial building projects.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Experience in ground-up construction, retail, and mixed-use projects.
- Skills in carpentry, framing, flooring, drywall, ceiling, and metal framing.

Job Title: Construction Superintendent
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Construction Superintendent to lead onsite operations for various assigned projects. This role involves overseeing all installers and field employees, monitoring projects from planning to completion, and handling tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors.
This person will manage multiple carpenters across various job sites and will occasionally perform hands-on carpentry work, adhere to safety, quality, and efficiency standards is crucial to ensure the security and safety of the construction site.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.45 - $35.00/hr.
