      Job Title: Construction General Laborer

      Job Description

      Laborers will be working alongside the fabrication team in pre-fabrication, where they will be responsible for measuring different materials and cutting them to specification. They will also perform general labor tasks within the shop.

      Responsibilities

      • Measure materials accurately and cut them to meet specific requirements.
      • Collaborate with the fabrication team to ensure efficiency and precision.
      • Perform general labor tasks within the shop setting.
      • Utilize various hand tools for construction and production tasks.
      • Ensure attention to detail while working on parts intended for installation in data centers.

      Essential Skills

      • Experience in general construction and labor work.
      • Proficient in using measurement tools and hand tools.
      • Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
      • 1+ years of experience utilizing hand tools.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Experience with power tools is beneficial.
      • Attention to detail and precision in work.

      Work Environment

      The role is based in a pre-fabrication shop environment that is not climate controlled but remains comfortable regardless of weather conditions. The work hours are from 6am to 2:30pm.

      This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austell, GA.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
