Job Title: Construction LaborerJob DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as a Construction Laborer, where you will assist with various duties on commercial job sites. You will be responsible for measuring and cutting materials to be used on the job, ensuring precise and efficient construction processes. Comfort with heights and general labor tasks is essential.
ResponsibilitiesExperience the stability of working with a very safety-oriented company that has not laid off a single person in the last 17 years. Enjoy uncapped overtime opportunities and the reassurance of never working on Sundays. Travel is extremely rare, offering a great work-life balance.
Work EnvironmentJoin a fast-paced company that stays busy year-round. In the summer, expect to work 50-60 hours per week, and in the winter, 35-45 hours per week. Start times typically range between 6 and 7 am, with work concluding around 5-6:30 pm. While some Saturdays may be required, you will never work on Sundays. The team consists of about 60 year-round employees, expanding to around 90 in the summer. Work in an outdoor environment alongside a team of 5-6 individuals led by a foreman. Operations pause during heavy winds and rainfall, with adjustments to ensure everyone can still achieve their hours. The dress code includes wearing a shirt with sleeves, safety glasses, and boots.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
