      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead coordination efforts for the Regional Action Forum to End Child Marriage, ensuring effective collaboration among members
      - Organize and facilitate regular meetings and learning events focused on child marriage prevention and response
      - Develop and disseminate strategic outputs and communication products to support advocacy and programming efforts
      - Foster engagement with key stakeholders, including religious leaders and youth networks, to address harmful practices
      - Co-develop regional resources and manuals to support country-level action against child marriage

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - University degree (Bachelor’s) in international relations, gender, social sciences, development studies, or a related field
      - At least 5 years of experience in programming related to child marriage, harmful practices, and/or gender equality
      - Proven ability to coordinate regional initiatives and facilitate multi-stakeholder platforms
      - Strong facilitation, analytical, and communication skills, including fluency in English and Arabic
      - Solid knowledge of the MENA region's socio-political dynamics relevant to program implementation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of French is considered a strong asset
      - Demonstrated expertise in strategic communication and social media engagement
      - Experience facilitating Communities of Practice and engaging youth networks in participatory approaches
