  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Professionally interact with internal and external customers, including Sales, Provisioning, Activations, Field Operations, and customers
  - Manage customer contract order receipt and review for accuracy
  - Efficiently handle order clarifications to ensure smooth order flow
  - Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments for service installation status
  - Responsible for product invoicing, including data entry and quality assurance
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School Diploma or GED required
  - Strong organizational skills required
  - Proven work experience in a similar role
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  - Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Basic telecommunications experience preferred
  - Ability to work well independently and as part of a dynamic team environment
  - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
