- 3-5 years of high volume recruiting and candidate sourcing experience
- Experience utilizing an ATS to source, track and maintain candidate information and status
- Ability to properly assess candidates’ skills, knowledge, and cultural fit
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong time management/organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM, iCIMS, and A.I. a plus
- Ability to work independently and do everything with quality and integrity
- Ability to effectively manage customers and associated expectations
- Ability to prioritize tasks and remain agile when faced with change
- A desire to work in a team based environment
- Strong motivation with a passion for making our customers successful
- Bachelor's or University degree from four-year college or university
- Candidates must reside in the United States or Canada
- The estimated starting salary for this role will be between $70,000 and $80,000 annually, with final compensation determined by experience, skills, location, and internal equity

Position OverviewThe primary responsibility of the Contract Field Recruiter is to find, engage, and select diverse talent to meet hiring goals for an assigned region, business function, or group of businesses and to act as a talent expert and advisor for Hiring Managers. The Field Recruiter will report to the Field Recruiting Leader, which will include full lifecycle recruitment and interaction with various field leaders and hiring managers to define job requirements, understand business goals, and identify, source, screen, attract, and build a diverse pipeline of candidates to meet hiring goals. This role will work closely with other Recruiters, Recruiting Managers, and Human Resources associates and may require some travel locally (branches, seminars, etc.), or out of town (branches, hiring/team events, etc.) to support recruitment activities.Ideal candidate for this role must be willing to commit to 3 month contract assignment.
