What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-home assessments and develop meaningful relationships with clients
- Complete client assessments in person every 60 days
- Provide Medicaid with accurate assessments of client's health and living situations
- Offer narrative reports with a medical background to ensure clients receive necessary assistance for a healthy life
- Deliver exceptional care and support to clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active RN license verification
- Successful completion of national and multi-jurisdictional background checks
- TB and drug screening tests
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in in-home assessments or similar role
- Familiarity with Medicaid regulations and requirements
