Job Description

- Maintain accurate contract and subcontract records, including key deliverables, due dates, and correspondence logs.
- Support contract administration activities, including tracking COs/CDs, RFIs (as applicable), notices, and other contractual communications.
- Assist with monthly payment process support, including organizing backup, tracking invoice status, and maintaining simple payment/commitment logs.
- Support close-out activities, including tracking final accounts, deficiency items (as applicable), and holdback release documentation.
- Help prepare and maintain trackers (Excel) for contract status, change management items, risks/issues, and key commercial actions.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, correspondence, transmittals, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Construction, Procurement, Cost, and Commercial) to gather inputs required for reporting and presentations.
- Assist with document control tasks, including filing, version control, and ensuring documents are stored in the correct system locations (e.g., Aconex/SharePoint, as applicable).
- Provide general support to team members for ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Currently enrolled in a university or college program in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Additional information
Expected compensation for this role is between $22 - $28 hourly. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
