- Assist associates and leadership team with general questions, concerns and employee relations issues – fostering the Open Door Policy
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment coordination process, including sourcing, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Partner with site leadership to identify staffing needs and utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate flow and communication.
- Lead the new hire orientation and onboarding process, ensuring all "Day One" requirements are met and new associates are successfully integrated into the culture.
- Act as a primary resource for associates regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits, resolving moderate-level inquiries independently.
- Oversee the employee off-boarding process, including conducting exit interviews and analyzing data to identify retention trends.
- Manage site-wide engagement and recognition programs, including service awards and associate communication channels (DC TV, kiosks, etc.).
- Maintain the HRIS database with a high level of accuracy, ensuring all associate data and personnel files meet compliance and audit standards.
- Coordinate temporary staffing requirements with vendor partners, ensuring appropriate headcounts are maintained for site operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the HR department and assist in the implementation of site-level HR initiatives.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of professional Human Resources experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of professional integrity.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG/Kronos) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment, with critical attention to detail
- Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.

YOUR ROLE: The HR Coordinator is responsible for the daily execution of Human Resources functions for the site. This role serves as a key point of contact for associates and leadership, managing core HR workstreams including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement. The HR Coordinator operates with a high degree of autonomy, managing independent projects while supporting the broader HR strategy. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to expand their impact within a Human Resources team.
