What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Architect and implement enterprise data protection solutions across various domains
- Collaborate with security leadership to define and own the data protection strategy
- Lead the design and integration of data protection technologies in cloud and on-premises environments
- Manage and mentor technical leads to ensure cohesive execution across data protection sub-domains
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of data protection controls while identifying automation opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in information security engineering with expertise in data protection domains
- Proven experience in architecting and implementing enterprise-scale data protection solutions
- Technical proficiency with tools such as Netskope, Zscaler, and Varonis
- Familiarity with cloud-native security controls (AWS, GCP, Azure) and compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Preferred certifications: CISSP, CCSP, GIAC (GDSA, GCDA, GCCC), or equivalent technical certifications
- Understanding of Agile development practices and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
