      • Position Summary
        • The CPR Instructor is responsible and must have a passion for teaching AHA BLS, CPR and First Aid courses to healthcare professionals while conducting engaging, hands-on training sessions following the latest AHA guidelines. The Instructor will evaluate student performance and provide personalized feedback. The goal is to help trainees gain confidence in a real-life emergency. Must be able to work weekends/evenings (flexible schedule and ability to travel to multiple sites). Reliable transportation and basic computer skills is required.

      • Education
        • Associates in Nursing - Preferred
        • EMT, Paramedic or relevant military experience - Preferred
      • Experience
        • 1-2 Years clinical education/life support training - Preferred
      • License & Certification
        • Basic Life Support - Required
        • Current AHA BLS Instructor certification - Preferred
        • ACLS, PALS Instructor - Preferred
      • Core Job Functions
        • Develops life support training materials to ensure compliance with the latest guidelines.
        • Schedules and coordinates life support training classes. Maintains class rosters per policy.
        • Facilitates life support classes. Serves as an expert life support resource to staff.
        • Maintains electronic and paper records following policy. Ensures system and regulatory compliance as applicable.
