- Design key location stores that require solutions beyond standard concept toolbox. Making 2D and 3D layouts and high-quality renders.
- Liaising with market architects to secure optimal store design and execution of store layouts.
- Partner with global stakeholders to develop and design stores bespoke store layout and experiences including bridging digital into the physical space.
- Design and develop bespoke furniture and fixture solutions. Ensuring a constant balance between quality and cost.
- Manage project timelines, design budget and communications to relevant stakeholders.
- Drive the development of new store fixtures and displays and bring them to market.
- External agency and supplier management.
- Required to have great project management skills and a structured and organized work style.
- 5 years in retail design, store planning or architectural project management. Store design and project management experience required. Degree in architecture, interior design, or industrial design preferred.
- Strong skill set in fixture design and 3D visualizations.
- Experiences with retail prototyping, testing and vendor relations.
- Strong business management skills with a demonstrated ability to create and lead projects
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time.
- Speak and write English fluently and used to working in an international environment. Great communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D visualizations. Revit and V-Ray experience are a plus.
- Travel required.

Job Description:
The Retail Design team is responsible for creating the branded framework, for an optimal shopping experience – developing and maintaining Pandora’s store concept and ensuring that they are attractive consumers and scalable for implementation. As a Creative Development Manager, within Retail Marketing, you will develop, manage, and drive key location store projects, taking them from idea to implementation stage. Situated in our Global Office in Copenhagen you will be working closely with store designers and property managers in our markets to realize the optimal store design for specific locations. Your designs and creativity will contribute to the further development of the standard retail design offering - targeted the majority of the Pandora retail network.
You have a major task in selling-in new developments and support key stakeholders with communication and guidelines. You will be working closely with the entire Global Retail Marketing team, as well as Procurement and our Store Design Planning team.
