- You will develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders in the On /Off Trade channel ( i.e. Bartenders/ Brand Ambassadors) and also OFF trade (Sales, Managers, Selling Specialists) and influence the positioning of Bacardi company.
- You will act as the in-house expert and will support the Customer Marketing and Commercial teams on channel strategy and category plans.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are an organized self-starter comfortable in working in an ambiguous environment and leading your role and your career.

- Work closely with Advocacy Manager & Cruise team to plan training program according to c ustomer needs and promotional calendar
- Regular attendance of product training sessions and completion of product knowledge assessments to ensure up-to-date familiarity on all Bacardi brands.
- Capture and share frontline feedback (Bacardi Retail Ambassador, travelers, and retailer cruise shop floor staff)
- Share Brand information (key selling points, taste profile) with the Retail Shop F l oor Staff and bartenders to achieve the Bacardi sales target.
- Builds and deploys Brand/Category training programs
- Coordinate, o rganize, prepare, and report all training related activities
- Motivate and coach sales team
- Increase awareness of brand values and create strong brand loyalty
- Trains and Mentors other Brand Ambassadors on brand s , new innovations, category and trends
- Leading project management and event planning
- Manage and execute Masterclass events
- As expert on the brand s and categor ies , advises Commercial and Marketing teams in defining how we show up in the on and off trade: Menu share, Drink Strategy, Point of Sale Materials (POSM) , etc
- Field Reporting and Competitive analysis
- Advanced Microsoft office skills: Excel, PowerPoint
- Embodies and represents the brand and its values in key trade/ consumer events and shows
- Media appearances and interviews as requested
- Represent the Bacardi brand in all aspects: 1) Appearance 2) Behaviors and 3) Product Knowledge
- Positively i nteract and connect with Bacardi team, customers, and cruise passengers in a professional and engaging manner, delivering key product messages to achieve sales target.
- Be prepared to handle any objections, issues, or concerns gracefully. Addressing issues professionally and promptly can turn a potentially negative situation into a positive one .
- Always achieve sales target, and aim to consistently over-achieve
- Proactively report any issues or out-of-stock SKUs to the Bacardi Retail Ambassador Supervisor or Regional Manager
- Follow the Merchandising Guidelines to deliver to the highest standard the Picture of Success in store daily
- Ensure that all Bacardi displays are correctly executed to ensure a seamless navigation for the travelers through the Bacardi portfolio
- Verify product merchandizing (correct and recommend as necessary)
- Induction Training: Essential Brand & Role Play Test (must achieve 90%+)
- Probation Period: Month 3 Essential Product Knowledge & Role Play Test (must achieve 100%)
- Brand KPIs – (# of trainings, reach, # of ships visited, etc.)
- Product Knowledge Assessment scores
- Demonstration of Bacardi Behaviors throughout their daily routine
- Quality of reports and meeting crucial deadlines
- Proven track record in training, motivating and coaching teams.
- Ability to travel up to 60% and work weekends and holidays if required.
- Passionate, self-motivated, creative, responsible
- Proactive communicator
- Comfortable speaking to small and large groups and being seen as an expert
- Great with people; from bartenders , consumers, customers and internal stakeholders
- Has sound financial skills and experience managing a budget
- Event management or promotional background is a plus
- Previous experience in sales is a plus
- Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador preferred
- Mixology experience a plus (On-trade: Bartending, Sommelier)
- Must reside in Miami area - Bacardi Office in Coral Gables visits are necessary
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to ports and office (mileage is compensated)
- Ability to drink responsibly, enjoy in moderation and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times
- Must be over 21 years of age

WHAT YOU'LL DOReporting to the Regional Advocacy Manager and the Cruise Regional Sales Manager, the Bacardi Portfolio GTR Cruise Brand Ambassador will be responsible for maximizing sales, leverage brand image in on and off trade locations while providing outstanding customer service to every single consumer and delivering the Bacardi ‘Picture of Success’ on a daily basis. As key advocates of the Bacardi brand portfolio and experts in the field, they will bring to life the spirits within our portfolio in order to engage and connect with travelers. Ability to travel up to 60% and work weekends and holidays if required.

Tracked periodically by the Retail Ambassador Performance Management Tool, Bacardi Retail Ambassadors will be evaluated on a consistent basis from the first day of induction, through to monthly reviews conducted by their supervisors, and will be appraised based on their product knowledge, sales performance, and behaviors:
