Job Description

- Negotiate and coordinate grain contracts for a defined client base
- Develop and maintain business partnerships with current and potential customers
- Execute grain marketing programs to meet budgeted grain volumes and margins
- Provide grain marketing strategy education to farmers
- Analyze current and future agricultural trends and service needs
- Enthusiasm for interacting and building collaborative relationships with internal team members and external customers
- Self-motivated team player with excellent organizational and customer service skills
- The capability to work on a variety of activities and tasks and be motivated by targets and achieving goals
- Post-secondary education in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or equivalent
- Current digital skills, including spreadsheet and word processing applications within a Windows-based operating environment
- Mentorship with exposure to and training in the agricultural business
- Motivated learning alongside high-performing colleagues

Customer Account Representative
You understand the agriculture industry and represent the company by building and maintaining strong relationships. Bridging the gap to connect farmers and customers helps keep us front and center on the global agriculture stage. From commodity marketing to relationship building to contract management, your goal is the effective origination of grains, oilseeds and special crop commodities.
