What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide frontline support for customers by answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy of seed orders and assist with modifications as needed
- Conduct training for WinField United tools and applications
- Build and maintain relationships with sales staff and assigned customers
- Implement process improvements to enhance customer productivity and effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, customer service, or operations
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work with and communicate across all levels of the organization

- Working knowledge of process, data, and system best practices
