      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee daily operations of the customer care department and manage a team of Customer Care Specialists and Representatives
      - Develop and document training protocols to improve service quality and ensure staff are properly trained
      - Enforce company policies and support continuous improvements to optimize manual processes through automation
      - Monitor team performance to ensure exceptional service levels and departmental goals are achieved
      - Act as a coach and mentor to promote personal and professional growth within the team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or five (5) years of business experience in a customer service or related role
      - Strong managerial skills including problem-solving and conflict resolution
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and presentations
      - Strong understanding of ERP systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience pulling and analyzing data in Cognos, JDE World Writer, Power BI, and Tableau
      - Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire employees to deliver outstanding customer experiences
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team with an emphasis on accuracy and details
