Description
Are you interested in a versatile role with leadership opportunities and growth potential? We're hiring a professional and proactive Customer Engagement Specialist to support our Advisory team in the financial sector. Start as an Associate, then move your way up to Senior Partner with hard work and coachability.
You'll be in charge of booking appointments, managing schedules, sitting with clients over Zoom, making outbound calls, doing minor bookkeeping, and making sure licensing administrative tasks in the office run smoothly. Job seekers should be able to multitask, have an interest in finance, and be willing to dive into new challenges.
Responsibilities
• Flexible schedules, working from home
• You provide your own equipment
• Work with an executive to prepare for meetings and record minutes
• Perform additional assigned duties from executives such as picking up orders, handling personal mail, etc.
• Perform office management duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies
• Be the main point of contact for high-level executive
• Perform basic bookkeeping duties
