What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development of predictive retention and churn-risk models using various analytics
- Execute the roadmap for AI-enabled customer intelligence, including generative AI and machine learning
- Own customer-intelligence data within Salesforce, ensuring governance and accuracy
- Partner with Enterprise Business Technology to unify customer data into a holistic view
- Synthesize customer intelligence into actionable insights and recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of experience in customer analysis or related field
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, particularly with qualitative customer data
- Advanced Salesforce expertise in reporting, dashboards, and data governance
- Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills
- Proven experience implementing or leveraging AI and predictive analytics in customer success

- Experience managing vendors and cross-functional technology resources
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, able to lead without direct authority
- Strategic thinker with an operational mindset, capable of translating insights into improvements
- Proficiency with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) and understanding of AI governance
- Demonstrated experience owning retention metrics and customer feedback programs
