What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with customers through various channels in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide consistent and exceptional customer service
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints effectively, striving for first-contact resolution
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate guidance
- Document customer interactions accurately according to the company’s database and contact center platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Customer Service field; bilingual contact center experience is a strong asset
- Advanced language skills in both French and English
- Exceptional phone contact handling and active listening skills with a strong problem resolution background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other Office applications, including CRM systems

- Experience in a bilingual contact center setting
- Familiarity with SAP software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced medical environment
