What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their car purchasing needs
- Utilize knowledge of inventory to guide customers toward suitable vehicles
- Assist customers throughout the purchasing process, from sales or appraisal to financing and delivery
- Ensure a seamless transition from online inquiries to in-store purchasing for an exceptional customer experience
- Mentor colleagues as your expertise grows and achieve sales targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong listening skills and customer-focused attitude
- High level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a high-energy sales environment
- Familiarity with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Open availability for shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to adjust schedules as needed by the business
- Proximity to the Customer Experience Center (within 60 miles or 1 hour)
