      DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES

      MANTENIMIENTO DE CUENTAS DE CLIENTES

      Gestionar un alto volumen de llamadas

      Gestion un gran volumen de pedidos para grabar.

      Gestión de tickets /correos electrónicos

      Gestión de consultas a través del chat.

      Garantizar el más alto nivel de Servicio al Cliente a nuestros clientes.

      OTROS DEPARTAMENTOS

      Colaboración con el equipo de Customer Service (Wholesale & Ecommerce)

      Tareas y responsabilidades ad-hoc según lo solicitado/asignado por el Supervisor.

      HABILIDADES Y EXPERIENCIA ESENCIALES

      Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión con picos de alto volumen de solicitudes de consumidores.

      Dominio de Word, Excel y Outlook.

      Buenas habilidades informáticas

      Entrada de datos

      Muy buena disposición.
