      - Navigate through multiple computer applications accurately and efficiently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
      - USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
      - Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma/GED
      - Quiet and secured workspace
      - Must reside in GA to apply (other state-specific opportunities available)
      - At least 1 year of customer service experience
      - Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
      - Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
      - Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
      - Open availability for scheduling, including evenings and weekends

      - Previous experience as a trainer or supervisor
