Job Description

- Serve as a front-line contact, delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Partner with the Sales team to support customer needs
- Assist with seed handling, chemical room operations, and general facility support
- Work with the scale house on grain shipping and receiving
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all health and safety practices and participate in required training
- Pitch in where needed to keep operations running smoothly
- A customer-first mindset and strong work ethic
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in varying conditions (weather, noise, dust, and other operational environments)
- Commitment to safety policies and professional standards

Salary Range: $19 - $25 / hour
