      Job title – Customer Service Officer

      Location – Delft, The Netherlands

      We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate for the role of

      Customer Service Officer.

      Step into a high-impact role at the heart of Veramaris’ global supply chain. This role owns the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle, navigates dynamic global markets, coordinates cross-functional teams, and ensures seamless delivery performance for customers. In this purpose-led biotech environment, your work directly shapes customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and our future-proof supply chain.

      Your key responsibilities

      • Lead the end-to-end, Order-to-Cash (O2C) process in SAP SD, ensuring accurate order management, timely deliveries, and reliable billing,
      • Coordinate logistics, supply planning, and external providers, align delivery dates, elevate OTIF performance, and communicate proactively with customers,
      • Maintain Customer Master Data, pricing, and documentation accuracy within the Business Partner framework, ensuring clean onboarding and controlled updates,
      • Partner with Finance on credit management, collections, and dispute resolution, supporting a smooth financial flow and strong customer relationships,
      • Ensure correct indirect tax inputs, Incoterms, and export/customs documentation, collaborating closely with tax, compliance, IT, and logistics providers,
      • Drive root-cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive actions, and bring positive energy to improve customer experience and service reliability.

      You bring

      • HBO/Bachelor or MBO with min 2-3 years of relevant experience in
        a challenging, international commercial B2B environment,
      • Sound knowledge of SAP SD (S/4HANA) across order and delivery execution, billing, Business Partner master data, and strong digital skills (including MS Excel, MS Teams),
      • Working knowledge of indirect tax (VAT/sales tax), Incoterms, customs and export documentation, outbound logistics management, ensuring compliant global shipments,
      • Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, diligence, strong problem-solving ability, and the energy to prioritize with accuracy and structure in a dynamic setting,
      • Collaborate effectively and deliver results with Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams globally,
      • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Norwegian) is a plus.
