      A Brief Overview

      The Customer Service Specialist delivers a positive customer experience by providing excellent service through building customer relationships, connecting customers with product, and creating memorable experiences. This role supports the team in driving sales and store key metric performance through leading customer checkout and service areas and promoting a friendly store environment that builds customer loyalty and satisfaction. The Customer Service Specialist supports the store during key coverage periods. This is an hourly position.


      What you will do

      • Demonstrate a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative in achieving store objectives and driving the accomplishment of personal and store key metrics.
      • Support the team in creating memorable store experiences through building genuine team, customer, and community relationships to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
      • Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment and providing personalized service to enhance customer shopping experience.
      • Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and resolve concerns with professionalism, promptness, and care.
      • Leverage training tools, use resources, and embrace feedback to continuously boost personal and team knowledge of processes and procedures, build selling skills, and strengthen performance.
      • Support team’s selling behaviors and performance by communicating daily goals, leading by example, assisting with onboarding, initiating teaching opportunities, and supporting associate continued learning.
      • Maintain current company policy and procedure knowledge, providing consistent, accurate communication to team. Assist with keeping team well-informed of products, promotions, contests, and store events.
      • Support maintaining visually appealing selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, accurate signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment. Ensure presentations align with visual merchandising directives and brand standards.
      • Contribute to a positive store culture by building connections with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating individual and team achievements.
      • Support store fulfillment and asset protection initiatives in designated areas by accurately and efficiently executing omni and operations processes, maintaining product protection standards, and adhering to safety guidelines and security protocols.

      • Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision in a deadline-driven environment.

      • Comfortable with technology, including smart phones, tablet computers and Windows-based operating systems.
      • Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
      • Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.
      • Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.
