      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive and manage calls from automotive dealership mechanics and service representatives
      - Diagnose technical issues using systematic listening and probing techniques
      - Track and update information on customer cases and follow up as necessary
      - Provide expert customer support and ensure a positive experience
      - Collaborate with a team to resolve inquiries related to automotive products and services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Class A Automotive License (310s - Red Seal) and valid driver’s license
      - Minimum of 5 years of automotive experience in repairs and diagnostics
      - Strong mechanical aptitude with effective diagnostic skills
      - Excellent time management and communication skills
      - Fluency in English and French

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional certifications in automotive technology or customer service
      - Experience in a call center or remote support environment
      - Familiarity with automotive repair software and tools
      - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
