- Handle customer inquiries and issues through inbound and outbound calls or internet communication
- Use call flow guide to assist customers, answer questions, and resolve problems
- Track and document information in databases
- Offer additional products and services to support customer success
#### What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluent in written and spoken English and French
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of six months of customer service or sales experience
- Quiet and distraction-free work environment for remote work
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong computer navigation and knowledge, familiarity with iOS and/or macOS preferred
- High-speed internet and smartphone
