      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Advocate for customers to ensure a positive experience throughout the lifecycle of the program
      - Analyze customer requirements and reported issues to provide effective solutions
      - Support onboarding efforts of Mission Partners onto the ICAM Solution
      - Develop and manage program deliverables such as plans, reports, and training materials
      - Engage with stakeholders to facilitate customer-facing services and resolve incidents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active DoW SECRET Security Clearance
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
      - 8+ years of experience supporting IT customers in an enterprise environment
      - Proven ability to troubleshoot system issues and demonstrate system functionalities
      - Familiarity with DoW operations and experience interacting with government personnel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with SailPoint and Access Management tools
      - Knowledge of ConductorOne, Zluri, CyberArk, Okta Workforce Identity Cloud, Microsoft Entra ID, or Ping Identity
      - Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the technology sector
