      We’re Hiring: Customer Support Coordinator

      Newcastle-under-Lyme with hybrid working opportunities once fully trained

      £24,570 + 9.6% uplift

      Permanent, full time

      Shifts between 6am and 10pm Monday to Sunday on a rota basis (1 weekend in 5)

We’re looking for a Customer Support Coordinator who’s ready to make a real impact by supporting healthcare professionals and helping coordinate essential bookings with our NHS partners.

Part of Acacium Group, Bank Partners is the UK’s leading independent expert in managed staff bank solutions for the NHS. We support healthcare professionals to work flexibly, ensuring vital shift cover that helps maintain patient safety. Working in partnership with our clients, we help reduce agency spend, strengthen governance, and enhance flexible workforce models.

      About the Role

      In this role, you will:

      • Proactively reach out to healthcare professionals to confirm their availability, match suitable candidates to priority shifts, and build a strong pipeline by encouraging future availability submissions.

      • Build lasting relationships with healthcare workers by gaining their trust, providing consistent support, and ensuring they feel valued and engaged.

      • Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand priority areas and share timely updates on progress and challenges.

      • Manage our shared inbox, responding promptly and professionally to queries from both clients and healthcare professionals.

      Experience We’re Looking For

      • Customer service experience

      • Proven experience dealing with a high volume of calls

      • The ability to manage a varied workload

      • Administration experience
