Proactively reach out to healthcare professionals to confirm their availability, match suitable candidates to priority shifts, and build a strong pipeline by encouraging future availability submissions.
Build lasting relationships with healthcare workers by gaining their trust, providing consistent support, and ensuring they feel valued and engaged.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand priority areas and share timely updates on progress and challenges.
Manage our shared inbox, responding promptly and professionally to queries from both clients and healthcare professionals.
Confidence working with Microsoft packages like Word, Excel and Outlook.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Your work will directly shape decisions that improve our services.

We’re Hiring: Customer Support Coordinator
Newcastle-under-Lyme with hybrid working opportunities once fully trained
£24,570 + 9.6% uplift
Permanent, full time
Shifts between 6am and 10pm Monday to Sunday on a rota basis (1 weekend in 5)
