  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Perform data gathering, synthesis, and develop solutions to support cybersecurity practices
  - Monitor incoming cross-team service requests and ensure adherence to "Definition of Ready" criteria
  - Build relationships across the organization to facilitate smooth handoffs and resolve problems
  - Act as the "librarian" for dependency tracking tools, ensuring accurate data hygiene
  - Proactively manage stalled processes and ensure requests are driven to completion
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a relevant field
  - Completion of a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field of study
  - Strong organizational skills to manage large data sets and complex interactions
  - Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with technical and managerial stakeholders
  - Ability to demonstrate initiative and drive results independently
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Advanced proficiency in Excel (v-look-ups, pivot tables) and familiarity with PowerPoint
  - Experience with Jira and Jira Align, or a willingness to learn
  - Background in project management tracking tools
  - A proactive self-starter with a customer-focused mindset
