      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Confirm existing cybersecurity measures against NIST standards through attestation processes
      - Implement governance frameworks and ensure compliance with industry standards
      - Design and execute control testing methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls
      - Identify and analyze cybersecurity risks, developing mitigation strategies aligned with organizational goals
      - Manage cybersecurity aspects of mergers and acquisitions, ensuring integration of policies and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Deep understanding of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and NIST SP 800-53
      - Comprehensive expertise in Cyber and IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) practices
      - Specialized knowledge in control testing methodologies and assurance
      - Proven ability to prepare detailed compliance reports and documentation
      - Experience in risk management and developing mitigation strategies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with attestation tools and processes
      - Experience in cybersecurity aspects of mergers and acquisitions
      - Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting the cybersecurity industry
      - Previous consulting experience in a cybersecurity or IT environment
