      Job Description:

      Responsibilities:
      • Design and deploy Ansible-based solutions to reduce manual effort in cybersecurity vulnerability management.
      • Ensure the automation platform is aligned with organizational security policies and compliance requirements.
      • Work alongside cybersecurity teams to ensure timely resolution of vulnerabilities.
      • Maintain and update automation scripts as required by changing security environments.
      Education and Certifications:
      • A degree or technical diploma in information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
      • Certifications in Ansible, Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), or other related automation tools are preferred.
      Scope of Work:
      • Develop and implement automation workflows using Ansible to remediate cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
      • Collaborate with the cybersecurity vulnerability team to identify areas for automation and optimize existing manual processes.
      • Create and maintain playbooks to automate repetitive tasks and ensure scalability.
      • Ensure automated workflows integrate seamlessly with existing security infrastructure and toolsets.
      • Provide support and troubleshooting for automation-related issues in collaboration with the vulnerability management team.
      • Participate in continuous improvement activities, offering insights on enhancing the platform's effectiveness.
      • Document automation processes and provide training to team members on Ansible usage.
      Experience:
      • Minimum of three years of experience in cybersecurity vulnerability management or IT operations, with a strong focus on automation.
      • Proven hands-on experience developing automation scripts and playbooks using Ansible, including deployment and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
      • Experience with security operations and vulnerability management solutions.
      • Knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools such as Qualys, Nessus, or similar.
      • Demonstrated ability to automate remediation workflows for vulnerability management processes.
      • Experience working in large-scale environments, including cross-team collaboration on complex projects.
      Skills and Abilities:
      • Strong understanding of security best practices, compliance requirements, and risk management strategies.
      • Expertise in Linux server administration, including scripting (e.g., Bash, Python).
      • Familiarity with DevOps principles and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) methodologies.
      • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve automation issues.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and collaboration with security and IT teams.
      • Ability to work independently, self-directed, with a proactive approach to improving automation processes.
      • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
