      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze integrated and extensive datasets to extract insights that influence business decisions
      - Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify areas of value and develop solutions
      - Perform root-cause analysis of data irregularities and present findings to leadership
      - Support the design, testing, and implementation of process enhancements and automation opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, healthcare administration, or a related field
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience working with large databases, data verification, and data management, or 1 year of IT experience
      - Working knowledge of SQL/query languages
      - Experience with healthcare analytics preferred
      - Familiarity with claims payment, utilization management, and risk adjustment for government-sponsored healthcare desired

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of programmatic coding languages such as Python and R
      - Experience in emerging trend analysis, financial modeling, and claims pricing preferred
      - Familiarity with modern business intelligence and visualization tools
