ensure the development and evolution of our Microsoft Azure big data platform to further strengthen any customer interaction worldwide
build cloud solutions and services using big data technologies to extract and analyze data from medical devices and support our service organizations and its skilled service engineers
d eveloping algorithms and software tools for analyzing unstructured device data to generate insights for internal and external stakeholders.
collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Scientists, product development, and country organizations
extract and prepare data, apply solid analyses combined with vivid visualizations, and explain the insights and findings in an audience-orientated way
work in various and versatile projects in parallel and get a chance to continuously improve your skills using latest technologies
a university degree, preferably in computer science, natural sciences, or engineering, paired with a passion for data
3+ years of professional experience in a Data Engineering, Data Science, or Data Analyst role
demonstrated practice in Python, SQL, Bash Scripting, and a profound understanding of version control
strong experience in working with Microsoft Azure or AWS
the ability to effectively explain the relevant concepts and technologies with a strong passion in analyzing business needs together with the various stakeholders
expert know-how in relevant ETL ( e.g. Azure Synapse) and visualization tools ( e.g. Power BI)
adept knowledge in big data technologies ( e.g. Apache Spark, Databricks, Azure Functions or AWS Lambda)
v ery good communication skills in English (spoken and written) as well as in German (good spoken and written)
