- Enter and update data efficiently into databases and spreadsheets, ensuring high levels of accuracy.
- Conduct data collection activities, including gathering information from various sources and verifying the validity of data.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies and ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and summaries using collected data for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and implement best practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
- Respond to data-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, data collection, or a related administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and familiarity with database software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
