Data Entry & Profile Maintenance: Accurately input and update customer profile information in internal databases and web portals

Reporting: Compile and distribute progress reports, tracking key milestones for the migration project

Document Management: Organize, process, and maintain forms, correspondence, and other project records

Customer Support: Respond to inquiries by reviewing and interpreting documents such as waste profiles, pricing confirmations, recertifications, and service agreements

Basic Financial Review: Perform simple calculations to determine costs, margins, discounts, and surcharges using basic math

Education: High school diploma or GED required

Experience: At least 1 year of data entry, administrative, or clerical support experience

Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for data input and organization

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to interpret documents and communicate clearly

Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Location: Boise, ID 83702 (Onsite during training, then Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $20 – $22 /hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST
Position Overview
Join a growing team as a Data Entry Specialist supporting a major data migration initiative. In this role, you’ll provide critical support to the Customer Service department by accurately entering and managing customer information, preparing reports, and handling project documentation.
