What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive data integrity by defining metrics, monitoring quality scorecards, and leading remediation efforts
- Define data quality dimensions, metrics, and industry-standard scorecards
- Lead data audits, cleanup exercises, and risk mitigation plans
- Facilitate Data Working Groups and promote standards to stakeholders
- Support the implementation of data quality and performance tracking platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree, OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
- Proficiency in SQL, GCP (BigQuery), Tableau, MD-Staff/MD-Stat, Collibra, Red Cap, Reltio, and Symedical
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships with peers and leaders
- Experience in data governance and operational team collaboration
- Ability to monitor quality scorecards effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare data management or analytics
- Familiarity with industry-standard data quality practices
- Proven track record of leading data-related projects
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
