What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate procedures and documentation for the Dealer Changeover process across retail locations
- Develop and maintain store-specific critical paths, tracking actions, stakeholders, and timelines
- Prepare financial documentation related to assets to inform transactions and finalizations
- Support data collection and verification for inventory, fixed assets, and overall Changeover processes
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of work
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Commerce, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment
