      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with managers to assess hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
      - Open requisitions and post job openings for Hygienists
      - Source licensed Hygienists using various recruiting tools and social media channels
      - Screen, qualify, and recommend candidates for interviews
      - Manage the candidate selection, negotiation, and onboarding processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a strategic, fast-paced setting
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
      - Proficiency with recruiting systems and Excel
      - Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings and networking events

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Healthcare recruitment experience
      - Residency in Central or Eastern Standard Time zones
