As a Design Assurance and Reliability Practitioner (f/m/d), you will ensure that our products and solutions in the H&D rang are designed to be robust, reliable and safe, Life Is On –what about you? Your Workfield In this Position you deploy DfR (Design for Reliability) and DFSS (Robustness) strategies into product development projects within H&D. You train and coach design engineering community with DfR and DFSS training, methods, tools. You ensure there is standard work for DfR and DFSS standards/procedures and standards are adhered to by all the product lines within the Home and Distribution business unit globally. You have knowledge of statistical, analytical as well as engineering concepts. You are passionate and energized about DfRR and you see yourself as a change agent with strong influencing skills. You can execute, leading and facilitating DfSS and DfR activities with the R&D community. Since we operate in an international environment, it is necessary that you are fluent in English.
