      About the Role

      We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our design team. The role involves support on customized order execution, designing, 3D/2D modelling, and validating electrical systems and components for diesel/gas generator sets, providing technical solutions to customer queries, with a focus on 3D modelling, wiring harnesses, schematics, and subsystem integration.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Develop CREO models, schematics, and wiring harnesses for new components, subsystems, or processes of gensets.
      • Support validation and testing activities of electrical components and subsystems.
      • Communicate technical information effectively to team members, suppliers, and senior leaders.
      • Ensure designs meet cost, reliability, performance, and timeline goals while managing multiple priorities.

      Key Skills & Knowledge Requirements

      • Excellent hands-on knowledge in 3D/2D design & PLM software, wiring harness design, and modelling
      • Thorough understanding of AC Generators (Alternators), Voltage Regulators, Controllers, Control panel and Circuit Breakers.
      • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols
      • Experience in electrical component selection, circuit design, and simulation (schematics, line diagrams, wiring harness).
      • Strong debugging skills for electrical circuits and controller wiring schematics
      • Knowledge of diesel/gas genset or similar automotive/machine product design, development, testing, and certifications
      • Familiarity with international standards such as NFPA, IEC, NEMA, ISO, UL.
      • Hands-on experience with CREO, Teamcenter, part number creation, and BOM preparation & release processes (preferred).
      • Strong analytical skills, technical leadership, and effective communication.
      • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
      • OR master’s degree in electrical engineering with 2–3 years of relevant experience.

      Additional information: This job required 5days working from office.
