      Description

      We're looking for a creative and growth-focused Digital Ads Specialist to join our Marketing Team. This team member will focus on executing paid ad campaigns and optimizing lead-generation funnels.

      Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this position implements the firm's top-of-funnel strategy to consistently generate a pipeline of qualified leads. While this role includes content creation, all creative work is performed primarily to support paid ads and marketing initiatives.

      JOB DETAILS

      Candidates must reside within a commutable distance of Franklin, TN, and be able to attend the office 2-3 days per week. In-office attendance is required to be considered for this role.

      Responsibilities

      Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
      • Build, launch, and manage lead-generation campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, including audience targeting, budget management, and ongoing optimization to drive consistent leads.
      • Monitor campaign performance regularly and make data-driven adjustments to reduce cost per lead (CPL) and improve lead quality.
      • Write performance-based copy for emails, SMS, landing pages, and digital ads that align with brand voice and conversion goals.
      • Plan and produce specific creative assets (videos, static, and carousels) designed for optimal ad performance and conversions.
      • Manage and monitor the technical flow of lead funnels to maximize conversion.
      • Conduct ongoing audience testing and keyword research to refine targeting and scale successful ads.

      Content Creation
      • Maintain a monthly content calendar that supports paid campaigns and maintains brand presence.
      • Firm and edit short-form video content and repurpose existing or long-form content for paid ads and social media.
      • Design static images and carousels for paid ads and social media.
      • Maintain brand consistency across all content, ensuring messaging, visuals, and tone align with firm guidelines on every platform and in every format.

      Other
      • Maintain and update the firm's CRM to ensure all leads from paid and organic sources are accurately tracked for intake.
      • Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices, and regularly bring forward relevant ideas and recommendations.
      • Monitor campaign performance and budgets; deliver actionable insights; and regularly maintain performance dashboards.
      • Perform other duties as assigned.

      Qualifications
      At least 2 years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record of managing and optimizing Meta and Google campaigns for measurable results.
      Expertise in performance-based copywriting, creating high-converting messaging across ads, landing pages, emails, and SMS.
      Adept at using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video tools to plan, film, and edit engaging short-form video and static assets.
      Data-driven mindset with the ability to navigate GA4, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads dashboards to interpret data and present actionable insights.
      Highly organized self-starter skilled in project management and CRM tools (e.g., ClickUp, HubSpot) to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
      Disciplined approach to taking direction, pivoting based on firm priorities, and maintaining strict confidentiality regarding all client and firm interests.
      Legal industry experience is a plus, though not a requirement for the role.
