- Skilled training degree. (preferred)
- Training or expertise in the areas of communication and public relations (to include social media skills, computer knowledge, web page experience and digital communication skills).
- Training or expertise in digital communication platforms
- Personality conducive to approaching staff and patrons with District needs.
