      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the end-to-end planning, promotion, execution, and reporting of recurring webinars
      - Plan and execute flagship large-scale digital events and smaller customer roundtables
      - Coordinate with partners for co-marketing events and expand reach through joint content
      - Develop and manage an online community to drive ongoing engagement and discussion
      - Monitor event performance metrics and report on ROI in alignment with sales and marketing teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, field marketing, or event management
      - Proven success in managing webinars and larger-scale virtual events
      - Strong understanding of demand generation, pipeline attribution, and event ROI measurement
      - Experience with community-building and online engagement platforms
      - Excellent project management and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and event platforms
      - Strategic mindset with the ability to execute at a tactical level
      - Experience in content repurposing for various platforms and audiences
